It is our mission to navigate the youth of today to a brighter future. We will strive to help them transform their dreams into reality and truly become all they can be. At Cepeda Youth Development, we will dedicate our time to fostering a positive environment in which individual growth and development play a key role to furthering their potential and promise. Our purpose is to:

• Enhance hope in the inner-cities by creating value in children’s lives for the future.

• Exercise goals through education, bringing forth influential role models.

• Partnering with outstanding foundations to be a strong collaborative force in the community.

Cepeda Youth Development INC. was founded in 2009 with a mission to transform the lives of youth and bring baseball out of the major leagues and into communities like your own. With an unwavering commitment to providing youth of all ages the opportunity to participate in travel tournament baseball regardless of socioeconomic barriers or an inability to pay, we continually seek grants and sponsorships from local as well as federal institutions. At Cepeda Youth Development INC. , we are dedicated to fostering an environment in which individual growth and development play a key role to furthering athletic potential and promise.

It is indisputable that inner city youth who have access to extracurricular activities such as sports programs and complimentary learning curricula are more likely to succeed as both individuals and members of society; thus, contributing to the betterment of the community. As part of our commitment to aspiring the youth and the community, we offer partnering and affiliated institutions cross-promotional benefits including photographs with Orlando Cepeda himself.
