Born on September 17, 1937 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Orlando "Peruchin - The Baby Bull" Cepeda, son of legendary Puerto Rican baseball star Pedro Perucho "The Bull" Cepeda, signed by Pete Zorilla in 1955 for Santurce Baseball Club. That same year, he went to a tryout held by the New York Giants and signed for $500.00.
Thanks to you Ali; you showed my boy Trey simple mechanics that other camps have failed to do. I went home and saw the Astros-Yankees game and I saw 2 things that you showed us, I saw Jeter tap his feet when he was batting like you showed James, and I saw Michael Bourne let the ball roll into his hand when he bare handed it. Raul and I were really glad we were there and we can't wait till you guys are in town again. Oh can you please remind me when you guys play in Brookshire, Tx for your 18u team it's a 45 minute drive from here and Raul and I will try to take the kids to see you and "G" and Malcolm.
