Cepeda Baseball strives to support improvements throughout baseball and install a positive (never give up) attitude in the life of young athletes. We serve and provide a solid ground were players can maximize their potential and increase their chances of reaching their goals on and off the field.

At Cepeda Baseball Clubs, our pro coaches and staff will work diligently to provide our student athletes with the best competitive advantages to succeed both athletically and academically. We strive to help our players build that bridge between life and sports. As a non-profit organization, Cepeda Baseball Clubs Inc. will be able to attract a wider range of athletes, and provide limited financial support to offset team fees for those who qualify.

Cepeda 12u BULLS brought home the hardware this past weekend in Twin Creeks. We prepared and approached this weekend with one thing in mind and that was win the championship. We played every inning like it was our last, and hitters approached every at bat with a "down by one"mentality!

We are so proud of players, and the parents for cheering like never before and the players playing with much chemistry!

We will be back in action next weekend to defend our title!:)
We are hoping the bats continue to talk loud, and our pitchers keep hurling strikes!

"You're only as good as your next performance"

Off-Season baseball and softball training is just getting started. Train with a purpose this off-season. Angle toss is a great drill to do when training with the HyperFocus Helmet. The player has to follow the baseball diagonally across the strike zone and hit it to the opposite field. HyperFocus your hitting session and improve your hand/eye coordination and build the muscle memory need to track the ball to the contact zone. Become a tough out by training with The HyperFocus Helmet. The Order Page

Another championship for CBC!!!

Great weekend for CBC!!! 11U Orange team & 13U both played in the River City Travel Ball "Cinco de Mayo" tournament in Lincoln, Ca. Our 13U brought home the championship, and out 11U Orange team took 2nd place.

Along with some good pitching our bats were alive and talking loud this weekend.  Our 11U Orange scored over 25 runs on Saturday while taking both games, while 13's split.

We are proud of both clubs battling between the lines and playing like they can! You're only as good as your next performance, and we prove just that this weekend.

At Cepeda Baseball Clubs we strive for all players to have fun while performing at a high level. You can't be afraid of making a mistake. You will strike out and make mistakes in this game. It's a game of failure, in which we learn from.

Go Bulls!!

CBC 11U at the SF Giants Game

The SF Giants graciously donated tickets to games on 5/1 and 5/2 for CBC teams to attend.  For Tuesday, 5/1 our 11U Orange and Black teams attended.  What an experience!  We started our night off by taking a group photo at the Orlando Cepeda statue, which was pretty awesome! Some of the players had never seen the statue up close and were excited to see it, stand on it (smile), and read Orlando's statistics.  We made our way into the stadium where the boys were able to catch the Miami Marlins during BP.  Jose Reyes acknowledged the boys calling his name.  Coach Ali disappeared for a little while and when he returned, boy oh boy did he have a surprise!  He snuck off to the Giants Clubhouse and returned with Center Fielder Angel Pagan!  The boys all lit up with excitement.  Angel took the time out before his game to come and make sure each CBC player received his autograph!!!  So kind and generous of him.  After watching BP we head to the famous Coke bottle slide where the boys enjoyed themselves.  Then it was game time!  While the Giants didn't win, it was an amazing game and such a memorable night for our players.  A very special thanks again to the SF Giants for the generous donation of tickets for the players (especially to Albert Jaimes & Bertha Fajardo); CF Angel Pagan and all the families that joined us and helped chaperone.

CHAMPS!!!

CHAMPS!  Our CBC 11U Black team took home their first tournament championship this past weekend in Lincoln.  They won the 11U bracket of the Super Series "Getting Dirty" tournament. The weekend started off slow with a loss of 2 to 8 against the Folsom Flames, and the boys were not playing up to their ability.  Coach Ali made them run for 30 minutes after the game.  There were tears, moans and groans, but they realized that they must work HARD!  Dedication is key and careless mistakes do not show their ability.  If you lose and you are working hard, that's all that can be asked.  But, to not play hard and make careless mistakes is a habit that must be broken.  The boys tied their second game 6 to 6 playing team Jax.  Coming into Sunday, they wanted it and were hungry!  They won their morning game 12 to 1 against team MVP, and then won the semi-final game 12 to 2 against the Folsom Flames (who previously beat them on Saturday).  It was championship game time and they played AMAZING!  They beat Fair Oaks Force with a final score of 13 to 3.  What an amazing weekend.  We are proud of each and every player on our team.  They all worked hard, and this win resulted as the boys working as a TEAM!  As the saying goes, "there is no I in baseball".  Congrats again to our 11U Black team for a great victory.  Our 11U Orange team and 13U team will be back in action this upcoming weekend, playing in Lincoln.

Getting Dirty in Lincoln

Our CBC 11U Black team will be back in action this weekend participating in the Super Series Getting Dirty tournament in Lincoln.  This is a first time for any CBC team to play in Lincoln, and we are looking forward to a new venue and also being back on the fields.  Let's go Cepeda Bulls!

Big surprise for our CBC Club Teams!

The SF Giants have generously donated tickets for our 4 CBC Travel Teams to attend home games vs. Miami Marlins on 5/1 and 5/2.  Our two 11U teams will attend on 5/1, and our 10U and 13U teams will be there on 5/2.

Our players (and parents) are very much looking forward to this event.  A very special thanks to Albert Jaimes of the SF Giants who arranged for all of our players to receive a complimentary ticket.  THANK YOU AND GO GIANTS!
