Cepeda Baseball strives to support improvements throughout baseball and install a positive (never give up) attitude in the life of young athletes. We serve and provide a solid ground were players can maximize their potential and increase their chances of reaching their goals on and off the field.

At Cepeda Baseball Clubs, our pro coaches and staff will work diligently to provide our student athletes with the best competitive advantages to succeed both athletically and academically. We strive to help our players build that bridge between life and sports. As a non-profit organization, Cepeda Baseball Clubs Inc. will be able to attract a wider range of athletes, and provide limited financial support to offset team fees for those who qualify.

Cepeda 12u BULLS brought home the hardware this past weekend in Twin Creeks. We prepared and approached this weekend with one thing in mind and that was win the championship. We played every inning like it was our last, and hitters approached every at bat with a "down by one"mentality!

We are so proud of players, and the parents for cheering like never before and the players playing with much chemistry!

We will be back in action next weekend to defend our title!:)
We are hoping the bats continue to talk loud, and our pitchers keep hurling strikes!

"You're only as good as your next performance"

Off-Season baseball and softball training is just getting started. Train with a purpose this off-season. Angle toss is a great drill to do when training with the HyperFocus Helmet. The player has to follow the baseball diagonally across the strike zone and hit it to the opposite field. HyperFocus your hitting session and improve your hand/eye coordination and build the muscle memory need to track the ball to the contact zone. CBC Orange finishes strong!

Cepeda Bulls Orange go 3-1, losing a nail biter in the Championship game, in their last tournament as 11 year olds. The TPR July Final had several very high caliber teams, and the Bulls used timely hitting, strong pitching, and outstanding defense to come within 1 run of winning their 2 Championship in as many weeks.

Our hats are off to Backyard Baseball for a well fought battle, and their high respect for the game. It was a pleasure to compete in the final against them, and we will enjoy playing them again.
This was the final tournament for the Orange this season. The team grew tremendously, and are all now playing the CBC style of baseball that has given them their recent success. Way to go boys!

CBC 11U Orange -- CHAMPS!

Cepeda Baseball Clubs 11u Orange team put it all together this past weekend to win the South Bay Finals near Santa Cruz . The Bulls went a perfect 4-0 to bring home the hardware in the competitive, five team tournament, which was held at polo Fields with their 210' outfield fence.

Gary Molina crushed three, no doubt about it home runs, and almost had a forth, and was crowned the tournament Home Run King. Adrian Garcia was named the Strike Out King with 10 strikeouts. Elian Montifar was the Stolen Base King, and his clutch game winning hit helped him earn the tournament MVP honors. Tommy Ventura had a tournament saving hard slide into 2nd base to break up a double pay, which the team voted as the impact play of the tournament. All 12 Cepeda players had instrumental contributions throughout the weekend and it was a true team victory.

Coaches, parents, and individuals can only take a player so far, and then it needs to come down to the will of the player to mesh as a team and do it for their team. This weekend the CBC Boys came together and won this one for each other! Way to go Bulls!
